The Cannery Arts Incubator
The Cannery Arts Incubator is a Creative Economy incubator where individuals can continue their creative journeys in an affordable, convenient setting. We have private studio spaces as well as spaces in one large common room that are available. All utilities, including high-speed internet, are included in the modest rental fees. Past and current occupants have included: public relations professionals, marketing professionals, graphic designers, Youtube channel entrepreneurs, architects, painters, printmakers and weavers.
The Cannery space includes a weaving studio where AMP members may rent looms for $25 per week. Private instruction is available. We are also creating a library of Art. Volumes will be available to loan to AMP members..
There are three sizes of studio space available at the Cannery Arts Incubator.
Pricing shown is for one month. Making a purchase here gives you a space reservation, and rental for one month. Arts Mineral Point will prepare a space rental agreement. These agreements cover rental in six-month increments.
8' x 8' common area studio space. Includes all utilities, internet access, use of kitchenette.
Small private office, with locking door. Includes all utilities, internet access, use of kitchenette.
Large private office, with locking door. Includes all utilities, internet access, use of kitchenette.
