They sold this to the Dave Morgan family who was the superintendent of the Mineral Point Schools.
My Parents purchased this from the Morgan’s in 1946 making our family the third owner of this lovely historic home.

The house is a comfortable four bedroom home with two and ¼ baths.  It has a living room, parlor, dining room, Kitchen and breakfast room on the first floor.  It will sleep 8 with the bedrooms consisting of two rooms with two twin beds each, a king bedroom and a double bedroom.
